The re-launch of Sherwood Equestrian on-line shop

Sherwood Equestrian's new Equestrian supplies on-line shop is now 'live', catering for competing equestrians, with Show and Eventing clothes for men, women and juniors plus specialist equestrian underwear and horse care products.

Sales Soar - Thanks to Magazine Feature

There's nothing quite like an established name to reach the public. For several weeks, we have been helping our client to build an Internet presence, using a news blog, twitter and facebook to create interest and drive traffic to the web site.

The website contains information regarding the product range and options to purchase. Sales were building very slowly until a few days ago, when - POW! An old scam has come to our notice. Received today:

"Hi
I am looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom property and was wondering if you had a list of properties that you could fax over to me 07031XXXXXX.
I would also consider a 3 bedroom apartments if the location was suitable.
Many thanks
Sxxxx Xxxxxxx"

(The telephone number and name have been deliberately obscured)

Telephone numbers beginning 070 can be used to hide a persons real number and can be charged at up to £1.50 a minute ... see this BBC News article: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/working_lunch/6527127.stm

Unless you know the number is from a known contact, think carefully before faxing or returning calls. It could be money wasted. The scam in not only aimed at Estate Agents.
