We are pleased to show you this fairly simple design for Mastic Pointing Services, a Herts-based joint sealing company. They have specialised in a single set of sealant services to the construction industry for the best part of 40 years, building an excellent reputation along the way.
The BPc was doubly pleased to be chosen as the website builder for this project, as we were recommended by another of our clients. The client was easy to work with and was happy with the delivered design.
We produce professional websites that enables clients, if they so wish, to update the content themselves - and we are always on hand to assist. Our rates are reasonable, too.
If you are looking for a new website or a redesign of your old one, do let us know. We'd be delighted to hear from you!

In the Pipeline...
If it seems a little quiet, it's because we have a number of projects in the pipeline but none that have been published this month.
Almost completed (i.e. delivered but not yet signed off) is a new website for a construction services company and just started is a branding project for a garden design service. This will include: graphic design of logo, business cards, etc., plus social media set up / customisation and CMS website. We hope to be able to let you see both these projects during the next few weeks. As we service existing clients, too, our small business is ticking over nicely.
We are in discussion regarding two other websites and a full seo/promotions service. While you're waiting for further information, why not take yourself on a nice relaxing summer break and drop in when you get back ;-)

SunSeeker UltraSlim doors vs other multi-door systems
Whilst researching the UK market for new competitors on behalf of SunSeeker Doors, we discovered some images and video demos which we've posted below for your comparison.
3. The bi-fold alternative from Panoramic Doors
Below: SunSeeker UltraSlim Doors - spot the difference!
SunSeeker Doors designed and developed UltraSlim in 2009. They are the only manufacturers of these swing-and-slide / slide-and-pivot doors which are manufactured at their site in Bedfordshire. SunSeeker UltraSlim Doors are made to order to exact specifications and installed by SunSeeker's trained teams, not third party contractors.
The industry doesn't seem to have a common name for the multi-door pivot-slide-pivot-stack system and they are often marketed as hinge-less bifolds.
We are not sure which other doors are manufactured in the UK and who the manufacturers are (it's part of our on-going research) but it seems that Panoramic was a USA company that is beginning to manufacture in England and other companies are importing German systems.
SunSeeker Doors cannot guarantee that nothing ever goes wrong with an installation, as there may be other construction teams on site but, as a one-stop-shop, clients have only one point of contact for any door-related queries. The company is privately owned and has been manufacturing aluminium framed patio doors since 2003. Visit www.sunseekerdoors.co.uk for more details and a quotation.

Luxury Highland Holidays
We were privileged, recently, to be consulted regarding written content for An Cos Shieldaig, a website for a beautiful holiday home in the Scottish highlands. The information needed some updating and links to further information were improved. We shall soon embark on bringing social media up to date, too.
An Cos has four large bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people, therefore it's ideal for a family get-together or a friends' getaway. It is situated on the edge of a loch, a few steps from the village of Shieldaig, which has a pub and dining, but is very tranquil.
First, visit the website, then visit the fabulous holiday house.
Self-catering accommodation for large parties
Situated in western Scotland, the house is very high-spec., well furnished and tastefully decorated. Facilities are plentiful - including a steam room to relax after an invigorating day in the surrounding countrside or on the loch.An Cos has four large bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people, therefore it's ideal for a family get-together or a friends' getaway. Attractive Website for Ugley Village Hall
There are many places with amusing names, such as Nasty in Herts and Ugley in Essex. We were delighted to be asked to develop a CMS website for Ugley Village Hall.
CMS stands for Content Management System, which requires a developer to build a database-driven website that has an easily updateable user interface (i.e. users can add and edit their own page content, news, etc.). This means that there are no monthly costs each time the website information is updated.
Whilst developing the website, we discovered a couple of YouTube videos about Ugley, which are available to view on the website news pages. The website has a calendar of public events plus all you need to know about booking the hall for your event - availability, prices, facilities, T&Cs, etc.

Classic Mobility - now a Modern Classic!
Classic Mobility asked The BPc to bring their website up to today's standards, particularly in respect of ease of use on a smartphone. Google terms this 'mobile friendly' and is very keen that all websites follow their criteria.
When Classic Mobility merged with Direct Mobility Hire under the TechMed Services group, they also had a new logo that needed to be incorporated on the website.
We took this opportunity to The BPc's new video services. We filmed and edited some off-road and on-road footage for use on the new Classic Mobility website. Also, a video that shows how to assemble and disassemble a portable mobility scooter to transport via car can be watched here mobility solutions.
You can also find the following on YouTube:

Planning the new website content
Much of the content from the old website was useable for Classic Mobility's sales and maintenance services. Additionally, there were the TechMed group's other services, such as short term equipment hire and accessibility support (see Audrey's story).
